Paul has extensive experience representing clients before the Massachusetts Legislature, where he has been successful helping clients meet their governmental objectives. His clients include major corporations, national, regional and local trade associations, charitable organizations and government agencies.
Work Experience
Prior to establishing Kearney, Donovan & McGee, P.C., Paul was a member of the government practice group of Choate, Hall & Stewart.
Civic Engagement
Paul serves as a member of the Board of Directors for The Advocacy Group, a network of elite lobbyists and public affairs professionals. Politically active, Paul informally advises candidates, provides campaign strategy, and regularly participates in campaign events. Paul also served on the board of the Alzheimer’s Association of Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
